Polearms generally have a longer reach than other melee weapons, and are highly effective both on a horse and against horses. Once an enemy closes distance, polearms lose their effectiveness, so high athletics or fighting on horseback is essential for maintaining distance. Some polearms can't be used with a shield due to their large size or because the weapon is unbalanced. Lances can be used In warband low weapon proficiency meant really poor weapon performance, and I am sure that applies in a very similar way with the one-hand skill in Bannerlord. As for best axe, I always found high weight+damage with a small focus on speed to be the best, even it ends up being really short because that can really help in moshpit fights and sieges. Gasp! Navigate to /Documents/Mount and Blade II Bannerlord/Configs folder. Open engine_config.txt and set cheat_mode to 1. Start game, open inventory, and use the left inventory. Cycle by name. Alternatively, download Developer Console and type config.cheat_mode 1 and spawn them by ID (will provide below). 2) These items were made via the means Best two handed sword: I think there’s a ā€œnoble great swordā€ ish weapon you can get in battania. Best bow: noble longbow. Best crossbow: heavy crossbow from vlandia. Best throwing: fishing harpoons from sturgia. Best polearm: war glaive from khuzait. I’m trying, but I can’t remember any one handed weapons that stuck out to me. The axe has the problem of not working when the enemy gets close. You really needs to stay at a certain distance, same as with a polearm. The sword doesn't have this problem, good at short to medium range, with less dmg per hit ofcs. But a good chopping sword is amazing in terms of DPS still. The Polearm has a reach advantage, a big one. 2. GetKhumDhan69. •. Meta would be a glaive, but the couched lance is probably the most satisfying of them all. tit_brain. •. I think the lance would be better if the skewer perk gave you more than a 30% chance of the lance staying couched. GetKhumDhan69. Slice thru mod is the way. Depends on the mod, but preferably a two handed sword, I prefer speed to be the priority over length, but of course lots of both is good. Prefer the sword over lances so I can overhand swing the sword, it tends to reach past your troops if they bunch up. Mount & Blade Bannerlord - Top 10 Best Polearms in the Game (Lances, Pikes, Polearms)#Bannerlord #MountandBlade #taleworlds In this Mount & Blade II: Bannerl The best 1h is the Engraved Backsword Blade from smithing (~105 speed, ~107 damage, 115 length with the right parts), nothing else compares The best 2h is a Falx Blade from smithing (~105 speed, ~140 damage), again nothing else comes close. Broad falchion, star falchion, pointed falchion, but any 2h with a one and two handed grip is good. To maximize exp, look for polearm or 2h sword crafting orders. It literally multiplies exp gain. At Smith 230 look for the orders that pay like 10k plus. SpaceLatch. yVPNlx.
